This morning while riding the elliptical I thought to myself, is it okay to let go with one hand in order to reach for a doughnut. I say that trying to be funny, but let me get serious for a minute. Exercise is not easy. Eating a doughnut would be a whole lot easier, but not good. So I have to force myself to exercise no matter what because I know how good I'll feel later. That's what it's all about, feeling good about yourself.
So what are you doing for exercise? There are tons of exercise programs available today. All of them are affective in one way or another, if you use one. Are you exercising regularly? If not, put down the doughnut and grab life with both hands and get busy.
