Recently in researching exercise programs I came across some interesting facts.  First I found out that just because I consistently exercise doesn't mean I will loose weight.  I also learned that eating healthy is not quite good enough if I want to really burn fat and get into shape.  So, where did I go to find the truth?  I have found that two different programs actually give the right techniques and information for burning fat.  Both of these programs have been self labeled kind of "weird." However, the benefits are amazing.  I can see the results already.

If you haven't noticed lately, the world is getting greener everyday.  It used to be just our trash we worried about, now it's everything from food to automobiles.  More and more people are now trying to eat green. By that I mean herbs.  Herbs have been used for centuries, but have gained popularity with the Green movement. Time to Exercise

This morning while riding the elliptical I thought to myself, is it okay to let go with one hand in order to reach for a doughnut. I say that trying to be funny, but let me get serious for a minute.  Exercise is not easy.  Eating a doughnut would be a whole lot easier, but not good.  So I have to force myself to exercise no matter what because I know how good I'll feel later.  That's what it's all about, feeling good about yourself.

So what are you doing for exercise?  There are tons of exercise programs available today.  All of them are affective in one way or another, if you use one.  Are you exercising regularly?  If not, put down the doughnut and grab life with both hands and get busy.

With all the hype of different diets, exercise programs, supplements and fitness plans offered to us today, it easy to see how we can get overwhelmed.  Everyone seems to have the one thing that "really works!"  One person says we need to Weight Watching.  Another says we need to talk to someone named Jenny.  Someone else would suggest a special Nutriti System.  Who's telling the truth.  Someone suggest the Truth is about Abs, but we know it takes more than just reading a book.  Though all of these programs are good and many lives have been changed because of their them, the fact is fitness can not be found in a bottle.  It can't be purchased at the local department store.  It won't arrive at your home in a box.  Fads come and go, but fitness remains the same.  The key to fitness, is not some plan or program.  The key to fitness is YOU.  You have to decide that you are going to devote time and effort to be informed about your health.  Then you must decide to make good decisions about diet and exercise.  Little changes in lifestyle, diet and exercise will go a long way toward a healthier you.
